Corporate Events

The setting of Kimberley Hall makes it an elegant and sumptuous location for lectures, demonstrations, end of year parties and product launches. Although there are some rooms available inside the Hall for conferences and luncheons, our corporate guests also place marquees in one of our fabulous gardens close to the Hall.

There are several places near-by to stay the night if the party is to extend into the night. we can provide a list of hotels, pubs, b&b's on request. All establishments are carefully vetted for suitability.

Travel

Central London is only 2.5hrs by car with the Hall only 2.5m from the main arterial route of the A11.

Wymondham train station is 2.5 miles away with the Journey from London Kings Cross taking 2 hrs.

There is also a 750m long grass airstrip for flying shows and flying visitors.

Food and Drink

We can recommend a number of caterers that have worked with us and know the layout of Kimberley, however we do not insist you use them. Most caterers expect to be responsible for the serving of drinks throughout your function. Should you wish to have a pay-bar, a licensed individual must be employed.


Marquees, Flowers, Photographers, Music Etc

Our nominated marquee supplier is Weatherill Brothers, Newgreen Business Park, Norwich Road, Watton, Norfolk IP25 6HW . Tel 01953 882394 fx 885547. We can give guidance on suppliers of flowers, photographs, music and other such services, but would expect you to organise these independently and keep us informed on what you have arranged.
