‘Kimberley Hall is in such a beautiful setting. The gardens are amazing. The hall itself is stunning with a great ceremony room with a beautiful floor to ceiling window, a great bar area, function room, lounge area and also the upstairs accommodation is lovely. The function area is large and we had 74 guests for dinner and a further 100 guests in the evening – perfect numbers for the room.’

Our Stretch Tent
For larger events, why not make use of our elegant stretch tent, custom-made in South Africa in 2025. Featuring wooden poles and a white elasticated fabric that creates a soft glow on sunny days, these beautiful structures offer a creative alternative to a traditional marquee and are considerably more cost-effective to hire.
The bespoke 14 x 26 metre tent is designed to fit perfectly between the Yew trees. With the sides raised, it can accommodate up to 250 guests seated at round tables, with additional capacity for long table arrangements. Clear side panels can be added for weather protection, or the sides can be lowered to the ground for additional shelter when needed.
Coir-effect matting covers the entire area beneath the tent, creating a warm and natural finish. A variety of lighting packages are available, including both internal and external options with a full range of colour settings. External mushroom-style gas heaters can also be safely used inside, ensuring comfort throughout your event.

Stay at Kimberley Hall
Make your event even more special with an overnight stay for up to 18 guests. The house offers eight to nine stylish rooms with private access via a spiral staircase leading to the main event spaces and gardens. The first floor includes a grand four-poster suite with a lake-view bathroom, two double en-suites and a twin room with its own shower room.
The upper floor features a self-contained apartment with three super king bedrooms, a turret double, three bathrooms, a WC, and a bright sitting room overlooking the parkland. A modern kitchen and sofa bed provide extra comfort, creating the perfect space to unwind after your event.
