The Garden Cottage sleeps up to 12 guests and offers spacious accommodation ideal for family gatherings. The ground-floor East Wing Apartment, which is wheelchair accessible, sleeps 6 guests across three super king bedrooms that can be arranged as doubles or twins. For smaller stays, the West Lodge and East Lodge each sleep 2 guests (with additional sofa bed) and provide a peaceful retreat within the parkland. Together, these properties offer flexibility and privacy for every type of stay at Kimberley Hall.
East Wing Apartment

Located in the east wing of Kimberley Hall, Number One is a spacious ground-floor apartment combining period charm with modern comfort. It offers private access, parking and wheelchair-friendly design, with three super king bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, a large drawing room, and two bathrooms. Guests also enjoy a private garden with a fountain and summer house, once part of Capability Brown’s 18th-century orangery.
The Garden Cottage

The Garden Cottage sleeps up to 12 guests in six comfortable double bedrooms and combines historic charm with modern living. Originally built in the 18th century for the head gardener, it features a spacious open-plan kitchen, bright conservatory, large sitting room with a marble fireplace, and adjacent study/playroom with additional TV. Surrounded by ancient oaks and wildlife within the Capability Brown–designed parkland, it offers super fast fibre broadband, a private garden, and beautiful views, all just a short walk from Kimberley Hall.
The East Lodge

The East Lodge is a beautifully renovated gatehouse sleeping two guests, with a sofa bed for additional flexibility. Fully wheelchair accessible, it features a super king bedroom, a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with high-domed ceilings and elegant lancet windows. French doors open onto a private patio and enclosed garden overlooking fields dotted with ancient oak trees, creating a peaceful and romantic retreat just a short walk from Kimberley Hall.
The West Lodge

The West Lodge is a charming pink gatehouse sleeping two guests, with a sofa bed available if needed. Set on the edge of Kimberley Hall’s Capability Brown–designed parkland, it overlooks ancient oak trees, grazing cattle and deer. Inside, it features a super king bedroom, a vintage-style bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy high-domed sitting room with a dining area, large TV, fibre broadband and a smart log-effect fire. The west-facing garden is ideal for relaxing or enjoying evening drinks as the sun sets over the parkland.
