TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Date and opening times: The show will be open to visitors from 11.00am to 3.00pm on Sunday 4^th October 2026.
2. Stand charges: Charges for space are detailed in the form above.
3. Sub-letting: Exhibitors will not be allowed to sub-let or divide their stand.
4. Insurance: All exhibitors must have their own public liability insurance.
5. Delivery and private vehicles must be moved to the stall holders car park by 10.30am.
6. Exhibitors must not extend outside of their agreed stand space.
7. Packing Down: Stand holders must not pack down their stands before 3.00pm. All goods and exhibits belonging to any exhibitor and interior fittings are to be removed by 5pm.
8. Bookings are non-refundable. We are unable to transfer your booking to another show.
9. No Alcohol, Food or Drink sales to take place on the day. All bar / food sales are the responsibility of the venue.
10. Table Cloths All exhibitors shall be required to provide their own tablecloth for their table, as these will not be provided by Kimberley Hall.
11. Stand Extra’s If exhibitors do not specify their stand requirements in relation to tables, chairs and power at the time of booking, we are unable to guarantee we will be able to provide these items on the day of the show.
